| Jumicar Road Safety Project, Haynes Motor Museum, Feb 2009 |
This new project run by Time out Together teaches road safety awareness by letting children drive the cars round a track simulating a real road conditions with traffic lights etc. It will be offered to local schools and can be set up in the playground. A grant of £2500 was awarded as a conribution towards the total project cost of £11,000.

Cafe Izaya is a youth project based at St. Peter's Church, Yeovil. They run drop in sessions in the cafe, youth groups and their very own Rock Academy. To help with renovations the Association granted £5,000.

SSDC and YTC have spent £160,000 on a regeneration programme for this popular play area. We contributed £5,000 for the purchase of the Buddy Swing. Our pictures show the swing with committee member Clive Seaton and Chairman Tim Chappell (right) at the official opening 22 May 2010.

A grant of £5,500 was awarded in March 2010 to purchase a Bladder Scanner for the Yeovil Hospice. This state of the art piece of equipment negates the need for patients to be catheterised. Picture shows Tim Chappell Chairman presenting the Scanner to Ann Lee Director of Nursing and a Staff Nurse.
